I know first-hand what suppressed anger can do to your body.
I know what it feels like to have anxiety and use smoking as an excuse for it.
I know how much it sucks to have an unhealthy gut.

Even though Ayurveda was integral part of growing up, I got drifted away due to incorrect/wrong choices I made in my adult years. Later it took many years for me to realize that - ‘my physical and mental health is my responsibility and priority. No one else can do it for me what I can do for myself’.

Coming back to Ayurveda, it fixed my gut health, and it changed my whole being.

Most importantly, Ayurveda with Yoga, helped me overcome my deep-seated anger issues.
I cannot describe the peace it provided for me and for those around me.

If I can do it, anyone can.

My anxiety was relieved to that extent that after a gym accident in 2006, I could calmly decide not to have my shoulder surgery and heal it only using Ayurveda therapies.

(Just to be clear-I am not recommending skipping surgeries, just sharing my story. Please do follow the advice of your doctor)

Re-instilling the principles of Ayurveda in my life has helped me maintain balance, replace my habits of smoking, social drinking and unhealthy eating with conscious eating, mindfulness and Yoga.

Winning my own battles
with Ayurveda’s help

Ayurveda and Yoga transformed my life positively.

At a deeper level, they helped me to understand the past, be in the present and simplify the future.

Ayurveda emphazies ‘ Walking the talk. ‘ i.e. Practitioners must first follow Ayurvedic lifestyle before advising others.

Yoga’s clarity guides my work ethic - Spirituality begins by placing well-being of others first.

After re-experiencing the benefits of Ayurveda and Yoga himself, I decided to pursue his passion : To help others get past what is holding them back from living a healthy, happy, abundant life.

That’s how Ayusha was born.

Ayusha means one with healthy, happy life.

He has special interest in Marma Therapy.

Growing herbs on his farm in motherland of Ayurveda-India- was his favorite go-to zone, before migrating to Australia in 2005. He still continues to grow select herbs organically in Maitland, for use in various therapies.

Having grown up with Ayurveda, I see myself as a channel to serve & spread Ayurveda in its purest form.

I am grateful to Ayurveda for providing me opportunities everyday to make a positive difference in someone’s life in a more meaningful way.
