  • Our pregnancy massage is mostly performed in a comfortable seated position, with focus on back, shoulders and neck.

    A soothing Indian head massage is something to look forward to at the end of Ayusha's pregnancy massage.

    You may be required to change the positions couple of times, so we can get to all the areas that are sore or just need a therapeutic rub.

    In no case there will be any pressure on your belly and abdomen is excluded in massage.

    This massage does not include deep tissue strokes but is a very relaxing and healing experience.

    Legs are included in massage on case to case basis.

    We use lots of medicated oils, on body and for head massage.

    Massage may take 45 min but we do not watch the clock and it can go over at times.
