Before You Bliss Out…

  1. Ayurveda treatment names are in Sanskrit, and sometimes the photos and the description don’t tell the full story. Therefore, every first treatment session comes with a free 15–20 minute consultation before we start. This is where we explain the treatment and ensure that it’s the right fit for your health challenges or goals. During your consult, if needed, we might recommend more suitable treatment for you. Most of the time, we can change it on the day, but occasionally we may need to rebook for another time. Please allow this extra time in your schedule.

  2. The listed treatment duration are a guide — often treatments go over, sometimes they finish a bit earlier. Everyone’s healing journey is different.

  3. Your comfort is our priority. All treatments are provided by a male practitioner who is highly skilled, experienced and deeply respectful of your care.

  4. For your safety, we may need to refuse a treatment if:

    • it’s not suitable for your health or is contraindicated

    • preparation steps haven’t been followed, for treatments where preparation is essential

    • it exceeds safe load limit of the treatment equipment- approx.

  7. Here’s the thing. Until June 2025, we kept things super flexible, always offering full refunds — even for last-minute cancellations — in line with Ayurveda principles.
    But unfortunately, lately we’ve seen a small number of people misuse this goodwill, by repeating last-minute reschedules, with unreasonable excuses.
    Being a small business, it’s not fair to us or, to others who could use that spot.

  8. Moreso, as many Ayurveda treatments need advanced preparations, we need atleast 24-30 hours prior to plan for some treatments and hence we have kept a booking window of 24 hrs. Means our booking system does not accept new bookings within 24 hours. Therefore, we kindly ask that reschedules or cancellations are made at least 48 hours before your appointment. You can do it online yourself.

  9. Considering all above, from June 2025, we’ve updated our refund policy as below to keep things fair for everyone.

    Receive a full refund if you cancel prior to 48 hours; no questions asked.
    For cancellations between 24-48 hours, a $50 fee applies.
    For reschedules or cancellations within 24 hours of appointment, a fee equal to 50% deposit paid applies.
    For more than once reschedules within 48 hours, a fee of 50% of treatment price applies.

  10. Considering that we can not fill in rescheduled or cancelled spots within 24 hrs, this refund policy applies even if you reschedule or cancel due to any reason, e.g. having periods or covid-flu or called at work etc. However, if a last minute genuine medical or other emergency arises (with proof), we’ll sure help reschedule or cancel with full refund.

  11. *If you are not satisfied with the treatment, we will offer you a 50% refund on the spot or an alternate treatment free of cost on another day- mutually decided.

  12. If another time becomes available on the day of your appointment, we may get in touch with you to know if you wish to change to that time. But if we have to reschedule you from our side to another day, we offer you $50 discount for therapies valued more than $150 and $25 for therapies valued at or under $150.
